Our Team
Beau Walker
CEO/Owner
Beau, the founder of West Ridge Construction, is a 2001 graduate of Texas A&M University. After college, Beau worked as Head Superintendent for a production builder in Austin for five years. Beau’s practical demeanor and thirst for knowledge earned him many awards with that company, including Builder of the Year.
In 2006, Beau accepted a job as Construction Manager with a custom homebuilder in San Antonio. His ability to relate to homeowners, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and strong work ethic quickly led to the position of Vice President of Construction.
A personal goal of Beau’s was to own and operate his own business, so in 2009 he established West Ridge Construction. Beau’s experience in the industry and commitment to going above and beyond are reflected in each project and relationship he builds.
Outside of work, Beau enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams and cheering on the Aggies with his family.
Rachel Miller
Office Manager
Rachel, a Texas native, graduated from University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. After transitioning from the banking industry, Rachel joined West Ridge Construction and now manages all office operations. Her responsibilities include researching city and county permits, managing all financial duties, submitting project plans to homeowners associations, and customer relations and satisfaction. She absolutely loves seeing a house plan come to life through the building process and working with West Ridge Construction's clients to build their dream home.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and being outside. She volunteers at her church and local community, and for fun she loves trying new places to eat.
Donovann Fite
Project Manager
Donovann studied History and Photography at the University of New Mexico, and attended a millworking and molding school in North Carolina. Throughout the years he fine-tuned his expertise in multiple areas, including millwork, molding, framing, and many other areas of custom construction.
He opened his own framing company in 1990, and then started his own custom construction and remodeling business in New Braunfels, JDF Constructors. He has brought a wealth of knowledge to West Ridge Construction as Project Manager.
Donovann’s personal interests include spending time with his children and grandchildren, swimming, kayaking, and both water and snow skiing. He is proud to have coached his daughter’s volleyball team with Catholic Youth Organization (CYO), winning the SA-area championship in 2010.
Linda Massey
Designer, Allied ASID
Linda brings 14 years of interior design experience to the West Ridge team. Her passion is listening to homeowners, establishing trusting relationships, and helping them create the home of their dreams. Throughout the new construction process and beyond, Linda helps homeowners make selections that are not only striking, but also functional. Her attention to detail is evident in homes that reflect the vision and personalities of the families who live there.
After earning a B.A. from UTSA, Linda graduated from the American Society of Interior Designers Certification Program at St. Mary’s University.
Outside of design, Linda enjoys spending time with her children, listening to live music, scouring antique and vintage stores for unique finds, and art.
Daniela Gonzalez-Lores
Junior Designer
Daniela graduated with a BBA in Marketing from St.Mary’s University in 2021. Her creative journey eventually led her to Milan, Italy, where she completed her Master’s in Interior Contract Design at Istituto Marangoni in 2025.
With Peruvian roots and a love for languages (she’s fluent in Spanish and understands Portuguese!), Daniela deeply appreciates culture, color, and connection. For her, design is where art, psychology, and function meet—and it’s never just about aesthetics, but how it speaks to the people living and working in it. She loves how thoughtful design can shape how we feel in a space, sparking inspiration or bringing calm through every detail.
Outside of design, she enjoys traveling, reading, anything creative, and gardening—often with the company of her three goofy English Springer Spaniels.
